Sadly, their customer service is below par, as well as in-school photos. My children had to get a retake of school photos because they didn’t know one of their lights wasn’t working. I’m now still waiting for my photos after the retake day, which was several weeks ago. The wait time for a call to be answered is always at least an hour; and they only take calls 2 days a week. When I have been able to wait to speak to someone, the service has not been helpful and has led me to continue to wait for my items.

Absolutely blown away with my wedding pictures. Every smile, every tear, every dance move, every laugh was captured and looking at every picture feels like you’re there in the moment. To the candids, portraits, dancing, it all flowed more than perfectly throughout the whole night. I can't say enough good things about Joe and his team. We saw him in action, photographing a friends wedding we were apart of, and I immediately knew I wanted him to photograph my own wedding. They are the most fun, outgoing, incredible people. By the end of the night I was actually sad that he was leaving, because he felt like one of our close friends!
