There were several things I was not happy with, with Love and Lace and when I sent an email to tell them so, the owner turned it all on me. It's my fault you didn't get my order complete on my wedding day? Or that the flowers were not very fresh? How about when you told me my wedding venue was "rinky dink"? Was that my fault too? I saw very poor customer service and even worse personal & professional responsibility. I do not recommend Love and Lace to anyone.
