Useless. The best thing I to say about the whole company is the actual carer's themselves. If this is Care, I'll do it myself. A massive Down to the NHS who sorted the issue out or not as the case maybe. I will also say, after speaking with them about all the bad reviews, they said it's all people who had left which is what I'm about to. Maybe, they may need care sometime. My place was better before they came here. AVOID THIS, SO CALLED COMPANY WHO PAY THEIR STAFF LESS THAN HALF THE MINIMUM WAGE
