I had a wonderful experience at Lova Spa. Constance made sure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment, explaining the process clearly and checking in often. Constance is amazing. I’ve been going to her exclusively since I discovered her. She transformed my eyebrows that are really hard to shape. She also always makes sure that everything feels totally luxurious including a warm bed that relaxes you instantly.
She is absolutely wonderful. She is a perfectionist that enjoys her work. I like getting my eyebrows done here from time to time. I have always had a great experience here.
I tried Spa Lova for the first time a couple of months ago because my regular Brazilian wax spa didn’t have the timing I needed and I’m so glad I did! I really appreciate that Constance uses a hybrid wax; it hurts much less than the Brazilian wax I was used to and she constantly checks in with me to make sure my pain is manageable! I had the best Brazilian wax experience her. I badly struggle with ingrown hairs. Constancia was absolutely amazing because of her knowledge and experience. She took extra time to meticulously and gently deal with some stubborn ingrown hairs I had, explaining how to prevent them in the future. I've never had someone be so thorough and caring. I left feeling smooth and confident. I can't recommend Constancia enough because of her experience.
