Transferring money to/from other institutions takes way too long. Electronic checks take two weeks to reach the sender. Cannot get cash when I need it for local purchases. Amateurish staff isn’t well trained on transactions like this
Extremely unprofessional staff. If I could write two 1-star reviews, I would. The staff here are extremely unprofessional, some might even say incompetent. She’s lucky I maintained my composure otherwise the manager would have been notified immediately. I’m almost certain her name was Kimberly. This occurred a few months ago. Last time I was in, this woman working the counter commented on my mother’s (thankfully in remission) medical condition. She said “it looks like you have (insert condition)”. I was having difficulty accessing my account online and Jenny was able to make the proper changes and I was able to log in. It only took a matter of minutes for the problem to be corrected.
