I've had an account at Louviers credit union for over 30 yrs. even though they paid minimal interest. Today I drove over 30 minutes to their main office to make a large deposit and was then told that their clients were not allowed to use the restroom there. I PLAN TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS !!!
I will never be in a hurry to leave the drive through before counting my money. A Cashier short changed me $100.00. She did it just before closing time on a Saturday.I called the bank, and as expected I didn’t get the refund. Hope she put the money into good use. You will not get me ever again. I will try and make sure I will be your last victim.
Have a live person you can speak with and a better online experience. I can never log on to my account. I have an issue every single time I attempt to log on. I have called every branch and I get a machine. I have also attempted to contact them on their web page and it won't even allow me to put in my email address.
RecommendedLouviers FCU has been my credit union since 1975. They are progressive and service oriented. Just yesterday I made an online purchase with my credit card. After the transaction the vendor asked me if I wanted to order one more item for only $8. I said yes. These 2 transactions to the same vendor on the same day triggered a fraud alert and I-was contacted today by the credit union. I am very impressed with this level of security.
This Credit union is by far one of the hardest banks to work with. The customer service is terrible! I have been waiting 3 days for the bank manager to call me back regarding issues with my account and she has not. Now, when i call it seems they give me a run around and she is avoiding the calls. I would never recommend this back for anyone!
Horrible customer service. Went in to just add my husband to my Savings account. They ran his credit report without advising us that they would do that. I called and was told they would give us a letter stated that they ran it without our permission. No letter and No call back. Called again and was told it would be handled. Jim and Bill - you are in the customer service business - you may need training.
