I ordered shutters from this company through Loew's home improvement. They had promised me 21 days from order to installation. I ordered the shutters on 29 September. Today is now November 1, and my shutters are not with the installer yet. I have also scheduled a housewarming/charity event at my house on the 10 of November. Today I talked to the company, and they said the installer would have the shutters on Tuesday the 7th of November but did not know if he could install by Friday.
