I don't ever leave reviews period, but this company deserves this. We placed an order at the beginning of October and have waited 4-6 period for the blinds. We reach out to the consultant and she doesn't reach back out to us. We tried again the next day and then a few days later. I finally called her and she tells me the louver warehouse closed and the finance people they use won't work with the new company. In 2018 Buddy installed a sliding shutter on my back sliding glass door. I was very happy with the job, and kept him and his wife, Sheila, in mind to contact for future projects. Fast forward to 2023, I made contact with Sheila about 3 other projects in my home and she sent her two boys over to evaluate. They told us they would be in contact within the week with quotes on the jobs. I didn't hear from them nor did I hear from Sheila. Our shutter order was near perfect. Home visit, careful measuring, construction to fit the odd space, specialized crew to install them. They are well made and sturdy. They look nice and are easy to open and close. We have a small bit of overlap in a difficult spot, noticeable mostly to me. And we didn't have to go out of the house to make this happen.
I shopped several firms. The Louver Shop with Buddy Cox and his sons were terrific. A fair price for a fantastic product, installed with precision. I highly recommend.
