Buyer beware. I spent $5,000 on plantation shutters that not only were mounted incorrectly but were the wrong shutters. I believe I was just given random shutters left over from a previous job. I called the company four times and no one has returned my call. The kid who sold me the blinds blames me and has ghosted me as well because he cant take the heat and doesn’t want to show humility. New owners and management are doing great thing within the company. Glad to be a part of a company that cares about their employees.
Had received a quote on line but scheduled a in home consultation when rep. Arrived looked and said don't know what you can do we can't do shutters or blinds. I said ok then rep left apparently no options. Not very impressed with company.
