We just had our shutters installed, and we love them. Every employee we had contact with was pleasant and helpful. The installers (John and John) were prompt, considerate, and professional. I don't believe that we could be any happier.
Buyer beware. I spent $5,000 on plantation shutters that not only were mounted incorrectly but were the wrong shutters. I believe I was just given random shutters left over from a previous job. I called the company four times and no one has returned my call. The kid who sold me the blinds blames me and has ghosted me as well because he cant take the heat and doesn’t want to show humility.
