This should not get 1 star! Worst salon I have ever been too! I was suppose to get a brown color and it came out black!!
This salon was very cute and inviting. I had a wonderful experience w Jackie. Usually when I leave after a color appt I have a visible line around my face where the “color line” is. That was not the case w Jackie. All of my roots were beautifully colored and no line! In addition, I received a wonderful head massage! Jackie listened to my curly hair needs for a future cut. Highly recommend Jackie.
EDIT: I am changing my review to one star after Jackie’s response. I’m so sorry to hear of her and son’s illness, but I’m not sure how I was supposed to know that. Of course I wouldn’t expect her to respond during a crisis; however, anyone else working in the salon could have called to tell me that. Or she could have called weeks later to tell me, and I would have understood. Absolutely amazing salon! Jackie cuts my hair and does a great job listening to what you want and Alicia is amazing as well. Gem of a spot! Always feel welcome and it's so cozy.
Trying this place for the first time .. simply amazing 🤩
