Our company had a terrible experience as an earthwork subcontractor. We executed our work well, it became apparent that the payments that were being promised were not coming and eventually the pm and super both got done, and we were forced to take legal action to get paid. Upon restarting of the project months later, they had unreasonable schedule expectations that were just made up dates on the spot and threats to back-charge to find others. AVOID
wish you could rate them lower than one star. heard from a little birdie that nick is in debt up to his eyeballs, can’t pay off his bills so he keeps shorting his employees, cutting hours, taking vacation days, anything to keep himself above water. seems like a helluva guy to work for, when these guys get tired of his shenanigans he’s going to be screwed🤭
I partnered with Louth Callan and found them to be dishonest and lacking integrity at a worrisome level. There are better options out there, I'm finding out.
