Fantastic work!!!! Client had a sofa with a broken frame and an arm destroyed by a cat. It now looks brand new! Ron was incredibly responsive and came up with a solution to fix that I never would have thought of. Could not be happier! I will use for all my clients.
I needed a few of my sofa and loveseat cushions refilled and Lousso Designs did a terrific job. The cushions look great. From the moment I called Lousso, I knew I had picked the right company. I was treated with such kindness. When I explained that I would have physical difficulty bringing my cushions to them, they offered me free pickup and delivery. Also, the price of their work was reasonable. This is a family-run business with wonderful skills.
Had a sectional reupholstered and it turned out to be even better than I imagined. It is STUNNING. The hard work of this company took a 6 year old couch and gave it a new life. The delivery drivers were also so lovely and careful around my home. So worth it!
Completely unreliable. They won't stick to time-frames, won't let you know when there will be delays, and don't respond to emails. Avoid UPDATE: The response is disingenuous. I communicated this to them by email as well. They know who I am and how to reach me. I will note that they have responded to this review much faster than to any of our project emails though, so maybe they are improving.
Ron & his team went above & beyond to help replace & match a few missing tricky corner cushions for our existing outdoor couch. All of those was done in a very timely fashion that I’m truly thankful. Can’t wait to enjoy our new setup :)
