Mrs Lou is a wonderful and courteous lady. My dad put a down payment on a camper trailer after hurricane Ida to live in because his house was not live able. Later he came to the realization his health would not allow him to get in and out of the camper safely even with the ramp we were planning to build. He was prepared to lose his down payment.
