Trustworthy – Took my car in because of some serious wheel noise. I was told that a shield at the wheel had been bent, and all it needed was to be bent back into the original position. No charge. My first and only experience, but leads me to believe this shop can be trusted.

Great Work – I've been using them for years on both my personal car and my companies vehicles. They've always treated me well and done great work. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need a mechanic.

Very Quick – Went to Lou's to get my brakes replaced. They were very quick and the price was very fair. For a first time visit to them I was impressed.

Grateful – I'm grateful to Lou for helping me out. I got a flat tire while I was parked at the place across the street from his shop, and he quickly offered to help. He gave my tire some air so I could drive temporarily, and he gave me directions to the tire place down the street. I would have never known there was a tire place so close. Lou was cheerful and charged me nothing. It's so uncommon to see someone who "pays it forward" like that these days.

Fixed The Problem In No Time – My car top needed to be reset. I came to my dad's friends, who recommended Lou's Total Car Care. I went there and he helped me by fixing initial problem in minutes and did some extra adjustments he didn't have to. I have a major tune up to be done I am going there for that.

Very Respectful – Based on my limited experience of having a battery installed and a brake light changed, I highly recommend this shop. Everyone was kind, respectful, and went out of their way to be helpful. The work was done quickly, I was treated fairly, and I would certainly recommend the shop to friends.

I love Lou's. I always get great customer service and the lowest prices. I really don't know why anyone goes anywhere else! They are awesome here!

Terrible, just terrible - scammers – We spent well over $10,000 on repairs for 2 of our vehicles. Out of that, $2,000 in repairs were unnecessary and $1,000 was for things they broke. They also upcharged us 400% on parts. Google the name of their company to see the full story
