I have been shopping at Lou’s for years for all our sports needs. I recently went in and bought some football pants for my son. I mistakenly bought the wrong color. I had remembered that Lou’s did not have the specific gold color I needed and so I went else where to purchase the pants. I took the pants back to Lou’s and was told if I have no receipt they can not be returned. The pants still had the stickers, tags and the price tag on them. There was no compromise or help given. Not impressed. Walked in with my kids and was glared at by three employees( a man and two women). Not once did they greet me or my family with a hello but with stares. One lady did eventually get up and come stand by us....smh. I will stick to Play it Again . Customer service is everything.
