I went in for an oil change and while I was there they dented the hood of my car while putting it down. I called them about it and I only got yelled at by the owner over the phone. Go here if you want to feel bad about yourself!!
Helped us out when we were in a bit of a bind. We picked up a Turo rental car in Sacramento on a Friday and drove to Mariposa. Discovered on Saturday one of the tires had a defect and needed to be replaced. We stopped in Monday morning and were lucky that Lou had a used tired that was the right size. He had one of his guys swap it out and in about 40 minutes we were on our way, free of the stress of worrying if the tire was going to fail on the drive back to Sacramento.
