Lou’s got my boyfriend’s truck in and out in less than 24hrs! The work they did is fantastic I highly highly recommend them and will be taking all of vehicles here for the foreseeable future!!
Jonathan was friendly and professional, and offered to get our vehicle in, immediately, even though he was extremely busy.
Whenever we have car problems, I become a 16-year-old again, nervous that it is forever broken. Lou’s swoops in like the best uncle, and takes care of business as efficiently and cost-effective as they are able.
Jonathon is my go to guy when it comes to servicing my van. Lou's is efficient, no nonsense, fair and above all, trustworthy. If I could move my children and parents to Saco, I'd send them to Lou's. For now, they've got my sister.
I will not bring my car anywhere else as long as this place is open. I’ve been going to them for a decade with multiple different vehicles (from Jeep Cherokee’s to Audi Wagons) They just do an exceptional job. Their quotes come in well below anybody else in the area. My last visit they quoted me $1100 And I agreed. When they called me to tell me my car was done. The bill only came in at $550. When was the last time you got great news like that from a mechanic? Thank you Lou’s!!
