The Story of Lou's Tattoos "Florida's First Tattoo Shop" Licensed and approved by the State of Florida, Lou's Tattoos was established in 1975 and was the first tattoo studio in Florida. We are members of the Florida professional Tattoo Artists Guild, National Tattoo Association, and one of the original founders of F.P.T.A.G. We show great pride in our studios and in our tattooing.
