WOW!!!! That is almost all I can say, Lou is absolutely AMAZING! I was on an extremely tight turn around time and when I was just about to give up hope...I found Lou! Not only did she come through on the time but her work is amazing!!! I am a customer for life!!!!!
I've done my fair share of shopping around for custom embroidery and Lou's Logos was definitely the way to go. She was extremely friendly, I never felt rushed and she took the time to find out exactly what I wanted. In addition her prices were much more reasonable than what I had priced out from a competitor chain of custom embroidery shops. I highly recommend Lou - she was wonderful!
If you are looking for personalized service - Lou's is the way to go. She is unbelievably helpful and really wants you to get exactly what you want. We were originally going to go with one of those low price "online only" companies and when the time came to actually place the order - we were told that we wouldn't get the shirts for at least two months as they were and I quote, "hung up in customs" (YIKES).
