Update…on 6/22/24 owner himself called to apologize for what had happened. Not his intention for what came about from last call with me, takes a strong person in this day and era to call back. Very professional and I will say they got the neighbors job done in a timely manner. I really did appreciate the call and that changed my perspective on the company. I was very happy with the service I recieved from Lou's Tree Cutting. They removed a large dead oak from my backyard, quick, thorough, and cleaned everything up. What I really loved about them was their competitive prices and professionalism. Plus, their customer service is excellent, they were very helpful and had a good attitude. I will definitely hite them in the future for my tree needs and recommend Lou's Tree Service to friends and family, thanks for the good work!!
