Horrible customer service, gave me a fucking attitude just because I parked at the wrong spot to begin with, Then start talking shit. What a horrible experience with this place. Don't waste your time. I had to live the place before going inside to tell what I was looking for.
Was originally quoted $500 - $600 for an exhaust on my '66 Mustang. Dropped the car to them, then the price shot up to $1,600 with no change of scope. Ridiculous, had to fight with the guy on the phone because he said I already "Authorized the work". I told him that if they touch my car I would take them to court. Had to take an entire day of work to go get my car back and bring it to another shop
They were awesome! Quick quality work work. Curtious staff. Great prices. All and all a wonderful experience!!!
had some shoddy exhaust repairs made on my wifes 2005 corolla a couple years back at one of the big chain barke & exhaust places. was getting some bad vibrations from the exaust recently & knew that their repair had failed. made s saturday appointment at lou's for 11:00. brought the car in, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it for less than i ever would have anticipated and had me out of there by 12:15. not used to that level of quality & service. Eric was fantastic !! Thats how business is done !!
Absolutely a horrible place to do business with from the owner to the staff very cranky unprofessional people they make you feel like you owe them something for coming in and spending your money place is filthy.they give you one price and then they send one of the workers to give you a different higher priceplenty of other places I would rather do business with like skips in New Hampshirestay away junk they should learn some customer service skills first
Worst experience ever!!!! I was kept waiting forever. The place was disgustingly dirty. And there is not a single person with customer service skills. Stay away!!!! The owner is a miserable grumpy ignorant man!!!
Fast and Easy with good pricing.
I had my 2007 Scion tc dropped off an simply told them that i want a deeper performance like sound and not a fart can. The did the whole thing asking me if it was what i wanted it to sound like and it was perfect! They did an awesome job. I would definetly recommend them to everyone.
