Lou’s came highly recommended by B and B automotive in Pembroke. Excellent customer service! Handicap accessible. My Dad’s SUV was taken in on a Saturday for a consult and Joe and his team were able to repair the exhaust same day! My father will recommend to his family and friends. He will be bringing my Moms SUV up within the month to have her exhaust repaired. Very happy with the service team!!
Joe took care of me in fixing my muffler problem. Joe is a great asset to Lou's. Joe's customer service is exceptional, explained problem and spot on price to time fixing. The best was a Saturday in at 8:30 as time suggested and done within hour or so. Thankyou Joe stay humble and kind and know Lou's is lucky to have you. I highly recommend this shop and Joe. Great guys working there. Thankyou
Guys got me right in and fixed up within 45 minutes! Super impressed! Would highly recommend!
Called around 10am and talked to Joe. Friendly and professional, dropped truck off for loud exhaust. Picked it up at 4:30pm with excellent service. Talked to repair technician about repair, 2 year warranty on exhaust that needed a new cat, patch pinholes and new flex, etc. Great price. Great place. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service.
I was really pleased with the service on my muffler. It only took two hours (including time to get parts) so I could wait. They were able to weld a hanger bracket so they didn't have to drop the back part of the muffler, saving hundreds.
