We dropped our RAV 4 off to Lou’s Automotive at 9am to repair an exhaust pipe. We got a call 20 minutes later with job details and cost, which was very reasonable. Received another call 2 hours later that we could come and pick up the car. Lou and his team were professional and articulate about the job over the phone as well as in person leaving no misunderstanding about the work needed, the time it would take and cost. We highly recommend Lou and his team. Thank you for great service!!!!

Great experience. My muffler fell of my 2016 car while I was driving. I got it to Lou’s and assumed it would need a new system. He called me and said all it needed was a connecting pipe. Got an appointment quickly, cost less than I thought it would, and really nice guy at the desk. Can’t beat that.
I got a muffler repair, took my car in when I came by and was able to pick it up next day! Will be back for the next project
