We have worked with Joe at Lou’s in Hanover more than a few times. He is always extremely forthcoming, honest, and professional. Joe is very knowledgeable about multiple brands and platforms of cars and trucks. The whole crew in Hanover seems to be really good and we’ve had great experiences there. We give them 5 stars hands down. Thanks lous of Hanover for servicing our community.
Developed a couple of leaks in our exhaust.. called Lou's on Friday morning, they had the car on a lift by 2 pm, called us back with a full diagnosis. The quote was very reasonable and the car was fixed by noon on Saturday.. excellent customer service!
Super kind, fair and honest shop, got a bunch of stuff done on my car before my road trip out West so I appreciate it so much! Nice to have a reliable shop for when I come back home
