Lou was a big help with dealing with our insurance company, walking us through the process of salvaging a vehicle, and getting the enhanced inspection as well as the new title. All while keeping within our budget. Highly recommend.
I've been taking my cars to Lou's for years! Besides handling all our auto body work, Lou also handles our car inspections, emissions, and new tires. He's trustworthy & very good! Unlike some places where they try to talk you into getting more work done, if your car doesn't need it, Lou will tell you upfront. When did the dealership ever tell you that work doesn't need to be done?
Lou provides incredible customer service and great work! He is very honest and talented. He was quick, efficient and helped me find the most cost effective options. My car is looking brand new right now after being repaired AND detailed by him! I would recommend him to anyone.
