A local favorite of mine Lou's Beauty Salon is the best I have found in Los Banos since I moved here 2 years ago. I have my hair styled there as well as colored and had my eyebrows done with permanent makeup as they are light and were hard to see. The beauticians are outgoing and friendly. They know how to style my hair the way I like it done.
