Was travelling through Sault Ste Marie and had a wheel bearing go. Called at 7:30AM the next morning and dropped truck off at 8AM. Was expecting to have to stay another day in the Sault potentially but received a call at 10:45am that my vehicle was ready to go. Can't thank Lou's enough for bailing me out on such short notice. Highly recommend.
Amazing staff. Got me in next day to help me out. They were friendly and helpful. WouLd highly recommend!
