I brought my car in for an issue that I had already diagnosed beforehand. I even gave the garage the exact error code related to the problem. They did their own check, confirmed the same issue I already told them about, and then called me to say they couldn’t fix it because it was too big of a job, would take around 12 hours, and would require special tools they didn’t have. This place is a scam. I got my wife to bring my car in while I was at work (out of province). I used my own Check Engine Light reader to find put the code and what the problem was. (Picture attached is my reader showing the code I gave my wife) My wife gave them the code and told them the part to replace. They took the opportunity to try and get as much money out of her, even though we came in for a specific service. Had vehicle issues as I was about to leave town, tried several shops by phone. Lou was very helpful and got my vehicle in next morning. Professional, courteous and very helpful, got me under way in a few hours. 5 stars does not do this shop justice! Thanks Lou

Took my car in last minute to completely repair it before I leave for school. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I was in the loop the whole time. Thank you! My car feels amazing
