Lou is not only an amazing mechanic, he's also a great guy. Experienced, trustworthy and an excellent communicator. Lou worked with me to a find a solution to my A/C problem with my Highlander. Lou is honest, and genuinely a good human being. If I hadn't been able to work with Lou directly I believe he would've helped my wife just the same. Highly recommend, with just one note: Lou is a one-man show so if you don't get him directly, leave him a good, descriptive message about your issue. Again, he's good about responding
