This is one of the best auto care shops in California! I went in for a routine inspection, which they charge a reasonable price for. They replaced the tires and repaired my oil pan within a few hours on a busy day. The owner was very respectful and made sure i left satisfied. This is my new Go-To Auto Shop.
Really appreciate work done at Lou's. They gave me a greater range of options and honest feedback regarding buying tires with them with better prices and availability for service compared to others in the Town and Costco. I appreciated their detailed work, transparency, and communication throughout the process - highly recommended to help keep supporting our East Oakland folks - salute 🫡!
Took my car here to get fixed after it was stolen. They took care of everything that needed to be done, mounted my new tires and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. Gave me a decent price for everything. Staff is great Nancy & William and took good care of me and my car.
I came in with a flat tire and they had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Prices were fair and the staff was super friendly.
