Most unresponsive business I have ever tried to make an appointment with. Almost as if they don't want to make any money. Responds sparingly (like 1 in 5 messages), cuts off your voicemails (and always sends you to voicemail - GOOD LUCK speaking with someone), and when they do respond it's with the absolute most unhelpful message. Almost as if just to prove that someone does exist on the other line. But they do not want your business. Or at least they don't act like it.
I can't believe how clean my car is after using Lourenco Auto Detail. All the dog hair is gone, and it looks better than when I bought it at Carmax. They even buffed out scratches on the exterior. Could not be happier. It is easier to stop by to schedule something in person as they are busy cleaning cars. Very happy. Will return with all of my cars.

Fraud. This company does not exist in any of the addresses listed on either Google maps or their Facebook page. They will take your money ahead of time via Groupon, but they don’t exist at any of the multiple addresses they have listed. And bottom of the barrel communication.
