Fraud. This company does not exist in any of the addresses listed on either Google maps or their Facebook page. They will take your money ahead of time via Groupon, but they don’t exist at any of the multiple addresses they have listed. And bottom of the barrel communication.

Lorenzo, I am responding to your once again unprofessional response to my review. After months of trying to reach you, I was finally able to schedule something, but I did have to reschedule and gave you a 48 hour notice to cancel that appointment because my young son and I were sick. Then trying to reschedule became impossible and you became rude. I will upload that text so your prospective clients will know how you conduct your business and then lie when someone’s gives an honest review.

Despite my attempts to contact the merchant over several months, he remained largely unresponsive. When I did receive a response via text, the merchant failed to provide any specific availability. Furthermore, when I requested clear dates and times to schedule the service, the merchant became extremely rude. While the service itself may be affordable, the merchant’s lack of professional decorum and inability to handle customer inquiries effectively made this a very difficult experience.
