I would not recommend subcontracting for this company unless you enjoy chasing payments. All they will tell you is that their company policy doesn’t cover late payment fees — and they won’t pay you unless you keep asking for it non-stop. We serviced their office in Portsmouth, NH for about a year, and it was by far the worst client experience we’ve had. Worst company I have ever recruited for, Total disapointment at every level of senior management. They hired a candidate that I 100% introduced them too, then refused to pay our contractual recruiting fee claiming they hired him as Project Manager vs. an Estimator which is what he initially interviewed for. Fact is I introduced this candidate to them. So now I have to file a law suit. What they don't realize is that I will purse this at whatever cost because I ALWAYS fight for what is right.
