I have had an excellent experience with the team at Guthrie Greater Binghamton Family Medicine. Every member of the staff I have encountered has been kind, compassionate, professional, and genuinely attentive. New Doctor That has replaced Dr Tom Martin was and is amazing!! I saw Dr Winter for the first time today, and i'm thoroughly impressed with him and his staff.Im glad when Dr Martin retired I did not go elsewhere.Im not much for posting reviews but this one was warranted.
Scheduled a series of 3 vaccines. Got 1 , three months ago and no follow up from Dr. Called 3 weeks ago to see when I could get in. No reply from office. Called today, and got an appointment at 1pm. Cool, except at 1:50 I'm still waiting for a simple shot. So glad my time doesn't matter to them.
