Did you fire everyone when you took over lourdes? I need an itemized bill so i can get the insurance company to cover the bill. Do you think i can get ANYONE on the phone in billing? NOPE! Do you think i can get ANYONE to call back? NOPE! Might as well deal with UHS! They answer the phone better than YOU do! And that's saying ALOT! What a joke!
Staff was very helpful and the wait was minimal. I got my issues addressed and my Rx was quickly called into CVS...was ready on my drive home. Highly recommended.
