No waiting, reception ran smoothly, NP was thorough and articulated issues clearly.
Called to schedule appointment for a suspected infection and they said they are not taking new patients today. I asked if they were full of appointments today and Taylor said, “I don’t know what we have available”. This place is clearly owned by private equity. They are here to make money, not help ppl, otherwise I would have been seen today. By the way, I would have paid to come in so I know they just lost money. She seemed annoyed I was asking questions. Easy appointments, no long wait times, friendly caring people.
The entire system is fatally flawed. The administration is rude and inefficient they’re never busy ie not a single person in the waiting room and yet they make you wait 15-20 minutes for absolutely everything. The small office in Hancock does not have a single Medical Doctor and they are completely rigid in their execution of services. No walk ins ever even though they are never busy. They offer no emergency services at all ever even though it’s a 40 minute drive to the nearest ER and they are never busy. They are just lazy ... read more
