Called to schedule appointment for a suspected infection and they said they are not taking new patients today. I asked if they were full of appointments today and Taylor said, “I don’t know what we have available”. This place is clearly owned by private equity. They are here to make money, not help ppl, otherwise I would have been seen today. By the way, I would have paid to come in so I know they just lost money. She seemed annoyed I was asking questions.
