This place is a joke. I took my son here hoping it would be better than where he was going. The doctor he started seeing moved to riverside after our first visit, no heads up, and expected us to follow but told them no because the vestal office was closer to home and less travel. Now we have to follow up with a complete new doctor. Trying to get refills on my 6 year old sons medications is ridiculous. I call a day or two ahead and the doctor doesn't call it in for a few days, I have to call nonstop and they tell me it takes ... read more
