I have seen Dr. Chung since my daughter was born. She will have been my daughter's doctor for 10 years this October. The front desk staff is friendly and willing to try and fit us in when needed. I wouldn't have my daughter see anyone else!
Warning!! Do not make an appointment with office. The front desk has poor service and when your kids are sick for er, you try to make an appointment. They will place you on hold for 10 minutes, and hang up on you. Than tell you the office is tight
Beware horrible service from office staff!!!! Losing paperwork and the doctors filling out incomplete WRONG INFORMATION on paperwork with out calling to verf anything!!! Lourdes Peds went WAY DOWN!!!! Im taking my business some place else !!!
They do not accept appointments without records which is dumb so if a child moved from another state I guess they have to wait until their records are physically at this office by snail mail. The office staff is unprofessional and rude. Yesterday I was told that I could fax my child's records. They were sent five times through fax and I was told that they did not receive anything.
