I was very pleased with the medical service provided by the nurse and doctor. Top mark. The check-in procedure at the entrance is terrible for anyone like me who is an elderly man who is hard of hearing. There are numerous stalls where the receptionists sit and all but the first stall is impossible to view from the patient standing station to check in. I had an appt. With Dr. Romani and the xray dept. The staff was friendly and efficient. There was no wait time. Dr. Romani's review of my foot was professional and he took time to answer my questions as well as developed a plan for future care. The xray technician was friendly and worked quickly to get the angles needed. It was a very good experience in both areas. I highly recommend these Guthrie staff.
