Excellent friendly service. Highly recommended
Overall, a very positive experience. Four stars selected only because there is not clear signage near the Guthrie Fitness Facility entrance that the Orthopedic Practice is around the back. The sign says "Walk -In" is around back, but I was heading to the Orthopedic Practice.
I recently had to obtain itemized bills for previous visits in order to comply with the documentation request from my HRA. September went way above and beyond to help me obtain what I needed. With the transition from OLOL to Guthrie, it wasn’t easy locating the information I was requesting.
