Had a car accident almost 5 years ago. Left shoulder surgery done in March of 2018. This office including their office manager Linda, says need approval from my car insurance company saying they can see me. Car insurance adjustor zends email saying no Precertification is needed. They say The doctor needs to see me and say if the pain is related to the car accident or not. The PA I had gave me a prescription for a MRI with the completely wrong birthdate, then forgot to splint my pinky and wrist. I had to come back the next day to get a brace. Then to top it off, she sent my prescription for my anti inflammatory ointment with the name spelled so incorrectly that the pharmacist didn’t even know what it was. Then she sent it back with something that wasn’t even covered under my insurance. I called to make an appointment and was told that because my injury was do to a slip and fall the would not be able to see me. I told them that I do have insurance and they said they take my insurance. They still wouldnt see me because it was from a a slip and fall and they dont go to court and give testimony.. I told her I dont care about that I need to see a doctor and was told they couldnt help me. what kind if place refuses to help people. Shame on them.
