Tried to get appointment here - 10 minutes on hold ! only one number for all of Lourdes - must go into a central switchboard- THEN when connected to Lourdes Orthopedics on Riverside Drive I encountered a VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONIST. I was told the doctors are the best, but this really discourage me. I cannot get thru the receptionist to contact a doctor directly to discuss my health problems
