The staff was professional, caring and kind. I came to them after a bad experience with Jefferson Cherry Hill who were unprofessional. I everything at Virtua es well timed and I had complete trust in their care I would recommend them to anyone
Front desk person isn’t very friendly, everything else is ok.
Walked in one afternoon, thank god, I heard my mom yelling for help, she had a pill stuck in her throat. Alerted the nursing station, which was approximately 10 ft outside my moms room, with nurses present that my mom was choking. Then I look on the floor in her room and her call button is 2 ft from her bed on the floor. 2 weeks later, they loose her dentures, they’ll take care of her dental bill. I wouldn’t recommend this place to walk your dog. No responsibility.
