Our experience was quite good this time around.
Someone name Bryan from the ER very disrespectful and unprofessional. Tried to get some info regarding an issues we were having and told me to "go seek help else where?" Amongst other things that I refuse to reiterate. Last time I check you go to the hospital for help. Don't come here unless it's you absolutely can't go else where.
I was there with a child at the emergency room for a long time and we were denied care while all the staff was chatting having coffee. Were told at the emergency room that there was only 1 doctor and that he was busy . Stay away from, their lever of incompetence was baffling!!!
The team and security there have no care in the world. People lose their lives because of this hospital’s lack of sense of urgency. Not even sure if they have the ability and proper personnel to assist your needs. Seriously, please don’t go to this hospital with a life threatening emergency. This hospital will not be of any help and your family will be left devastated.
Mental health department was very good nurses and staff were very nice if you are dealing with mental health issues I would recommend this as your best bet
