Dr Santoro is an excellent physician but most of her office staff is TERRIBLE. Forget trying to get med refills over the phone, you'll wait forever For IMPORTANT medication... Idk what's going on.. But I'm very disappointed. In ready to contact HR.
Less than zero, actually. I made an appointment for today, more than a month ago. I called this morning to confirm & they did not have me on the schedule! I've been a patient there since 2014 & all I could get from them was a promise that they would refill my heart & blood pressure meds over the phone. Tried to make a future appointment, was told that I would have to wait more than SIX months! My advice, find another "physician!"
