Rude staff specifically, Dr. Khan, I would not trust him with my life. He was very rude to me very condescending. Lourds pulmonology cannot be trusted their doctors never listened to me and my concerns. I might’ve even been misdiagnosed with having moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea. I can’t believe the incompetence of the office staff! My primary referred me and, when I hadn’t heard about an appointment for 6 days, I called and was scheduled for a time in June. The next day in the mail, I got an appointment for MAY. So I called and after waiting a long time spoke to the receptionist who said my appointment was in May, not June. I had an excellent experience at the Guthrie Binghamton's Pulmonary Department. Staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Bondalapi is an exceptionally brilliant and thorough physician.

I felt like I was treated very poorly. No real explanations about my issues, just do this and that. No options if any, discussed. Unprofessional. Felt like I was in an assembly line.
