No valet parking at the Tower, had to take the shuttle. Doctor Kahn spent exactly 5 minutes with me. This appointment could easily been done by phone. Then had to walk back to the main entrance to pick up my car on which the valet had changed all my settings. Is it really necessary for them to listen to their music for the 5 minutes they are in the car?
I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 AM, so I aimed to arrive at the hospital's primary entrance and lobby by 8:10 AM. This early arrival was my way of ensuring I would have plenty of time to check in without any stress. However, upon entering the lobby, a staff member informed me that I was actually in the wrong location.
