Rude staff specifically, Dr. Khan, I would not trust him with my life. He was very rude to me very condescending. Lourds pulmonology cannot be trusted their doctors never listened to me and my concerns. I might’ve even been misdiagnosed with having moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea. I use my CPAP for several months after I was prescribed it and it never made me feel better, but it was making me feel worse and making me come down with cognitive impairments and all kinds of other problems it might’ve been a vitamin D ... read more

I can’t believe the incompetence of the office staff! My primary referred me and, when I hadn’t heard about an appointment for 6 days, I called and was scheduled for a time in June. The next day in the mail, I got an appointment for MAY. So I called and after waiting a long time spoke to the receptionist who said my appointment was in May, not June. I had an excellent experience at the Guthrie Binghamton's Pulmonary Department. Staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Bondalapi is an exceptionally brilliant and thorough physician.

I felt like I was treated very poorly. No real explanations about my issues, just do this and that. No options if any, discussed. Unprofessional. Felt like I was in an assembly line.
