Easy to get an appointment, on time , friendly front desk !My interaction during the appointment with Gina was was friendly and professional. She understood my medical concerns and set up a short and long term plan to resolve them .

Lets face it..preparing for surgery can be stressful. I was certainly stressed out about having surgery but the people at Guthrie Lourdes General surgery are so friendly and they make you feel comfortable by talking to you about your situation and the process of going through surgery. Dr. Federova is one of the nicest doctors I've met. She's the one that did my surgery and she did a great job. I'm so glad I chose her to do my procedure.
