Don't even bother with this place. My son woke up in excruciating pain. I wasn't really sure what was going on. Tried to call for some advice about wether it was warranted for the emergency room, the calling service was fine. It's the nurses for the call back that don't seem to know how to call back and do their job.
Dr. Kovalchick is an incredible PA. Her care for our family has been above and beyond at each visit. She is kind, thorough, understanding, wise, and an excellent pediatrician. Our family appreciates her so much!

I call the office on Friday 09/06/24 and get an appointment for my kids at Monday 09/09/24 3:30 pm i took a day’s off from my work pickup kids earlier from school. When I’m on check in window receptionist says I don’t have any appointments today.receptionist Name is Summer I try to talk with her about this situation and she’s so arrogant and keep saying I don’t have any appointment. My best suggestion to Guthrie please improve your customer service otherwise you guys keep losing your customers.
