Dr. Kovalchick is an incredible PA. Her care for our family has been above and beyond at each visit. She is kind, thorough, understanding, wise, and an excellent pediatrician. Our family appreciates her so much!

I call the office on Friday 09/06/24 and get an appointment for my kids at Monday 09/09/24 3:30 pm i took a day’s off from my work pickup kids earlier from school. When I’m on check in window receptionist says I don’t have any appointments today.receptionist Name is Summer I try to talk with her about this situation and she’s so arrogant and keep saying I don’t have any appointment. My best suggestion to Guthrie please improve your customer service otherwise you guys keep losing your customers.
Cancelling my appointments without my agreement!!!!! I called the office and said I need to keep the appointment. They said ok. Coming to office, doing registration and after waiting for 30 minutes and asking why we are not seen, I got an answer that appointment was cancelled. I am sitting here with 2 children and no one care to say they cancelled one appointment for my child. Deeply disappointed. Wasted time!!!!!!
