I am very disappointed in not receiving any reports on my mammogram and breast ultrasound! I had tests done 1/22/25, it is now 2/1/25. I understand that the system is changing but is the radiologist not working? Read it and notify my NP at the breast care center!
The staff were extremely pleasant and professional. However eight days after my mammogram neither myself or my primary care had received results. When I called the center inquiring about the results I was told they were changing imaging systems and no images had been read. There was no expected date for results to be available. It's very unfortunate that the patients were not told this when the images were taken or a notice sent to patients alerting them that results would be delayed. Poor patient/provider communication.
Everyone is so kind.
I had a phenomenal team for my cancer treatment. My nurse navigator, Colleen has been on top of all my appointments and always makes sure I get what I need. I couldn't ask for a more supportive and helpful group of proffessionals
