After an irregular mammogram, ultrasound, and 2nd mammogram I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Communication was horrible, after 6 days I finally got the pathology report, I called to get an update but couldn't get one, there was no patient portal access and overall it was just horrible. I felt like I didn't matter. It was heart breaking. Very disappointed. Been coming here for years. Disgusting
So far I'm pleased with the care I've received. I am very impressed with Dr. Federowicz. She is thorough and caring and very supportive. I'm not pleased with the with the number of oncologists who have come and gone in the past year. I believe administration needs to get a handle on hiring!
