Dr. Ada Lourdes is a great Doctor, very understanding, very patient and give her time to explain to her patients and comfort them.
An absolute disaster. Office staff is so rude, Doctor Ada is judgemental and offers no support aside from her personal commentary (nursing mom who was told she was too heavy by Dr. Ada, yet no supports or context on how to lose weight while nursing- maybe 10lbs to lose). No follow up after routine procedures if test results warranted additional visits. Don’t waste your time unless you want to be treated poorly, left in the waiting room for endless amounts of time, and discouraged every time you need to go to the doctor. Bed ... read more
Avoid this place like the plague. Dr Ada is very rude and if you happen to not have the best insurance at the time of your visit be prepared to be treated like your less than a human being. Don’t even get me started on the receptionist. Just as rude and ignorant as Dr Ada. Never in my life have I ever been treated in such a disrespectful manner. I won’t be going back and I will be switching Dr’s
Had my annual checkup here. Becoming a new patient was easy and painless. Doc was professional and very nice. See you next year!
I am very disappointed in this practice dr Ada is running I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ada for a long time and I can tell there overwhelmed with Patients and have no time to stay on top of things the people at the front desk are rude over the phone as well. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour and a half went to the window and complained and they told me they’re sorry they forgot about me .
