Brought my 2018 diesel GMC (230,000k) in for a check engine light prepared to pay diagnostics and repairs necessary, but was delighted to hear it was covered by warranty and that they could service the warranty. I didn't know chev could work on a GM! Great customer service from Karig Colpitts and their shuttle driver was a pleasure to speak with!
The salesman I delt with (Zach) was amazing!! But the rest of the team members I delt with were beyond incompetent. I bought a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED and let them know about problems I was noticing just after buying the truck (a huge vibration from the front and a loud clunk in the rear) and was told that they were not going to fix it and if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay for it out of pocket ON TOP of the 20 some thousand I just spent on the vehicle. Gougers! Was also now called a "liar" by Chris Kelly the parts manager! Avoid this business like the plague if you value your time/money or integrity! Went to get a key copied. First it was $179 plus tax but after you agree to that they add the $149 program fee! So $325. For 1 spare key. I ask hey could you waive the program fee and help me out?
