I Had the absolute best car buying experience here at Lounsbury recently. It was a long distance purchase but when we arrived everything was ready to go. We recently purchased a Buick Envista!! The car drives like a cloud and has just enough electronics and gadgets to keep you comfortable but not overwhelmed. The sales team put us at ease right from the start, with their friendly and courteous manners. This was our fourth stop looking at vehicles with different dealerships, and as the saying goes, we saved the best for last!!! Initially thought that all Lounsbury dealership have amazing customer service as what my friends have told me. Tammy seemed to be nice; however; Kevin Murchie wasn't as proactive as you would expect from a sales rep. Was interested to one of their cars and communicated with Kevin about it. I told him we have a trade.in and provided him the photos and information he needed and said he'll do it the next day as it was already on the last hour of the day.
