Initially thought that all Lounsbury dealership have amazing customer service as what my friends have told me. Tammy seemed to be nice; however; Kevin Murchie wasn't as proactive as you would expect from a sales rep. Was interested to one of their cars and communicated with Kevin about it. I told him we have a trade.in and provided him the photos and information he needed and said he'll do it the next day as it was already on the last hour of the day. gave me a extended warranty insurance for around 4k and they cant find my contract or give me a full copy of my contract and nothing is covered when i went there and they don't wanna give me my money back
Went here to look at the the used lot and wanted to start off to see if I got approved. never said I was buying anything but was pushed into test driving a suv I agreed but never said I wanted it I said let’s see if I get approved and we can go from there. and see what I could get, brought the 2022 suv for a test drive nice car but had rock chips all over the vehicle. paid twice for diagnostics could not provide us with a decent bill summary paid 250 in labour for 1 hour work and they cant even provide with one french channel for the waiting room not returning
