Excellent laser session from start to finish. The place is very clean. Agnes was professional, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable, explained everything clearly. I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend !!
Had my first visit at lounge of beauty Med Spa this anfternoon and I am so happy! Agnes is amazing! She was so patient and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond with great suggestions and provided me with the best services that met my needs. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Agnes is the BEST! I’ve never had someone be so gentle and make you feel so comfortable. This was my 3rd time getting Botox and she is fast and efficient. Can’t wait to return for a hydra facial and dermaplane !
My filler had disappeared after two weeks. When spoken to Agnes, she told me to come and pay for another syringe. I have told her I just got a full syringe two weeks ago, I was told by her my body didn’t accept the filler. I was very disappointed with the outcome, especially with how clean the spa is and how expensive the filler was. Thank you for responding back, finally.
