Ridiculous customer service. The worst I've ever felt with!! They should definitely consider firing their entire CS team. Just read the messages I attached and tell me this is not a joke!! Also, we placed the order to pick from Melbourne warehouse, but in the email confirmation they somehow changed it to Sydney. SERIOUSLY?? This is the first and last time I'm shopping at this place and I will share my experience with everyone!!
I had visited this warehouse twice now. The warehouse seemed short staffed, however the person who was working, went above and beyond to help me load my items. 🙏
