Honestly best customer service all round - from Tracy and Callum in the Fortitude Valley store, then Jenny who coordinated delivery and Joao and Lucas who put it all together and took away the rubbish. Even the tracking app for the delivery worked - which was helpful. Very impressed!! Plus the couch is gorgeous and am super happy. Thank you!
